The role of the Business Development Executive is to support building the implementation and expansion of (mostly) offline activities and marketing activations - within the scope of regional penetration in Indonesia market.

Responsibilities：

1. Manage and support end-to-end processes of offline activations in selected regions:

- Identifying opportunities and trends, market analysis within selected regions

- Create ideation and proposal in regards to predefined objectives

- Conduct all-related project organising, including business pitching, activation ideas, event implementation, administrative matters and other ad-hoc project requirements

- Manage internal and external administration process

- Create reporting and key takeaways for future learning

2. Liaise and support various kinds of activations/campaigns related with business development and regional communities

3. Day to day communications with internal management, finance, legal, admin and product teams

4. Gatekeep core inventories in related with activation, data and report tracking, eg., in-game inventories, merchandise etc

This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities beyond the listed job description, providing opportunities for exposure to various tasks and projects that will enhance your skills and foster continuous learning.

Qualifications：

  1. Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. This position is exclusively available to recent graduates.
  3. A strong passion for the gaming industry and a deep interest and understanding of the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang are essential.
  4. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and awareness of marketing activation, event management, and trends among young audiences.
  5. It is highly preferable if the candidate possesses significant experience in university communities and/or external businesses (such as wedding organizers, event agencies, etc.), and is actively involved in project management through volunteer work.
  6. Demonstrates a strong capacity for rapid learning and self-improvement, adapts quickly to new situations, and possesses high levels of integrity and honesty.
