As Product Manager, you play a pivotal role in developing our platform to success. You will help to identify customer problems, assist in creating short and long term roadmaps and consistently assessing business impact. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to plan, architect the platform and deliver amazing product features in collaboration with engineering, design, research, analytics and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze and prioritize new features based on business and customer impact by working with business stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining the short term roadmap, prioritise features and assist in driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Perform product discovery through research, customer voice, prototyping, storytelling and solve for customer value, managing technical and business risk.
  • Define and communicate product requirements and functional specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve unexplored customers problems.
  • Design user flows and concepts for our B2B platform, detailing scenarios that have impact to business
  • Lead the product development life cycle with engineering and QA and delivery the features in a timely manner
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data collection from customers and business stakeholders
  • Measure the impact of the product features and propose recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in related to product design and management at tech software company, or 5+years of business analyst experience in enterprise software company. Bonus with experience in Software-as-Service (SaaS) product.
  • Have hands-on experience architecting and building platforms or integrating operational and data systems and working with cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in using UML or flow diagrams to communicate complex flows and system behaviors
  • Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate across levels of stakeholders include C-level executives
  • Strong empathy for users to drive and solve pain points and uncover opportunities
  • Strong familiarity with web technologies, UI and UX
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant work experience
