Role Overview:

  • Prepare Analysis Project Progress
  • Prepare Variation Order and Margin Analysis as submitted by Project Manager and Project Engineer.
  • Record s all time tickets expended hours.
  • Prepare Construction monthly report .
  • Execute internal & external correspondences as per introduction by Superior.
  • Carry out of job assigned by Superior
  • Responsible to follow Safety rules & company policies.
  • Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally
  • Operate within the code of ethics established by the company, which is also the Otis code of ethics. Promptly report any doubtful situation to the company B.P.O
  • Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed, written desk procedures for all key tasks and processes relevant to the job’s duties and responsibilities.
  • Attend monthly Construction Meeting.
  • Responsible for maintaining project filing and to ensure 5S carried out properly in Construction Departmernt.
