Project Controller
Role Overview:
- Prepare Analysis Project Progress
- Prepare Variation Order and Margin Analysis as submitted by Project Manager and Project Engineer.
- Record s all time tickets expended hours.
- Prepare Construction monthly report .
- Execute internal & external correspondences as per introduction by Superior.
- Carry out of job assigned by Superior
- Responsible to follow Safety rules & company policies.
- Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally
- Operate within the code of ethics established by the company, which is also the Otis code of ethics. Promptly report any doubtful situation to the company B.P.O
- Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a detailed, written desk procedures for all key tasks and processes relevant to the job’s duties and responsibilities.
- Attend monthly Construction Meeting.
- Responsible for maintaining project filing and to ensure 5S carried out properly in Construction Departmernt.
