  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

Petty Cash & Banking:

  • Oversee incoming fund checks, bank correspondence, petty cash, and bank statement filing.
  • Conduct cash inflow forecasting, administer bank services, maintain and clear Gyro settlements, follow up on rejections, and manage pick-up schedules.
  • Maintain relationships with banks.

Account Receivable & Credit Control:

  • Follow up with customers / issue AR overdue reminders.
  • Manage long overdue and slow-paying customers.
  • Review and approve or provide advice on AR transactions.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, prepare warning letters, and develop payment plans.
  • Analyze customer payment trends.
  • Follow up on AR, implement credit control, and review and approve credit terms and limits.
  • Regularly communicate with the sales team and customer care departments on collection status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
  • Familiarity with Odoo software is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with banking systems.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team with other departments.
  • Possess good initiative, prompt response, eagerness to learn, and self-improvement.
