Job Description:

  • Sales Training:

Develop, implement, and lead training programs for the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Conduct regular workshops, seminars, and role-playing sessions.

  • Sales Monitoring:

Monitor and assess the daily performance of the sales team. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales revenue, and customer acquisition. Provide actionable feedback and coaching.

  • Sales Process Management:

Oversee and refine the sales process to ensure efficiency and smooth customer experience. Implement sales strategies and systems to enhance lead generation, follow-up, and customer retention.

  • Problem Identification & Correction:

Identify bottlenecks in the sales process or operational inefficiencies. Troubleshoot issues related to lead management, customer objections, or process delays and implement corrective actions.

  • Team Planning & Leadership:

Plan, organize, and coordinate the sales team's workload. Set clear goals, quotas, and targets for the team and provide the tools and support they need to achieve them.

  • Customer Relations & Hospitality:

Ensure the highest standards of hospitality by maintaining positive customer relations. Train the sales team to handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Sales Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on the sales team’s performance, achievements, and areas of improvement. Share insights with the Director and recommend strategies for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management or training role, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams, with experience in sales strategy development, monitoring KPIs, and sales process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a team.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales data and trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
  • Aptitude for identifying problems and creating effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa to effectively communicate with team members, clients and director.
