Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Bvlgari Resort Bali. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily culinary operations, designing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production. This role will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
- Culinary expertise in Indonesian cuisine.
- Experience in menu design and kitchen management
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
