Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in industrial relations to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English, with proficiency in Mandarin being a significant advantage. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategies, managing industrial relations, and supporting our diverse workforce to achieve organizational goals. Key

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Manage industrial relations activities, including negotiations with unions, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on industrial relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and managing union relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
