Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing plans to enhance Bamboo Blonde’s online visibility, engage customers, and drive sales, integrating strategies across social media platforms, the company website, and the Shopee marketplace.
- Social Media and Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on major social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand goals and target audience, while also monitoring and adjusting for optimum performance.
- Website and Marketplace Management: Oversee daily management of the website and Shopee storefront, focusing on user experience, conversion optimization, and SEO implementation. Manage product listings and execute promotional activities to boost sales and visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, use data to drive decisions, and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for digital campaigns effectively to maximize ROI and ensure they align with broader marketing objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent and that marketing efforts across all digital platforms are well-coordinated and executed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, minimum 2 years experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry, experience in the Bali market would be a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Shopee.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
