Role Description

The IT Helpdesk is responsible for providing technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues. They handle service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical problems efficiently. Additionally, they monitor IT infrastructure to ensure devices and networks are functioning optimally, and offer basic training to users. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of operating systems, and good communication abilities are crucial for this role.

Qualification

  • A recent fresh graduate in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of working experience in IT Helpdesk or related position
  • Has basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS
  • Good understanding basic & advanced network monitoring, security system & IT Service Management
  • Passionate in IT technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
