We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns, creating compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team, and driving engagement across various social media platforms. The role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Develop Advertising Campaigns:

  • Design and implement integrated advertising strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and programmatic platforms.

Create Ad Copy and Visuals:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and assets that align with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for various platforms.

Media Planning, Buying, and Negotiations:

  • Lead the media planning and buying process, including negotiating rates and placements to maximize ROI.
  • Allocate budgets and track media spending to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Run Social Media Advertising Campaigns:

  • Launch and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to meet KPIs.

Research and Implement New Social Media Trends & Features:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and features to leverage innovative opportunities.
  • Integrate new tools and techniques to boost campaign performance and audience engagement.

SEO & SEM Strategy:

  • Oversee and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the site.

Monitor and Optimize Ad Performance:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics for all paid media and digital marketing efforts.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, A/B test variations, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.

Collaborate with Influencers for Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from negotiation to execution and performance tracking.

Monitor Competitors' Social Media Activity:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, strategies, and key competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

Organize Press Conferences and Media Events:

  • Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and influencer meetups to promote brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with PR and communications teams to ensure seamless event management.

Generate Reports and Dashboards:

  • Create and distribute regular performance reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate campaign results, website performance, and other key metrics with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

A/B Testing of Website Elements:

  • Conduct A/B testing of website elements (e.g., landing pages, CTA buttons) to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
  • Implement testing insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of the site.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be located in Jakarta (or the Jabodetabek area).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
  • Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), SEO tools, and analytics software (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience with influencer marketing and managing partnerships.
  • Proficient in media buying, negotiations, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, and use insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, website optimization, and content management systems.
