People Operations Intern

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a People Operations Intern. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of HR functions within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end HR operations processes
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events
• Provide support to the People team on various HR projects and initiatives as needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience in HR Operations, such as Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, or Employee Engagement, is a plus.
