Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Karma Group Global located in Denpasar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and delivering a memorable customer experience on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle booking requests and provide assistance to members
- Receive and respond to incoming correspondence via email, phone, or chat
- Meet with members as needed to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Working Hours:
This role operates on a rotating shift from Monday to Friday:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Plus, alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
