modernvet is looking for a senior customer chatto join our team in our hospital in Jakarta Selatan and Jakarta Utara. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Help supervisor/manager to mentor individual contributors such as junior or other fellow new hires
  • Daily shift briefing and coordination with previous shift
  • Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming tickets from WhatsApp, Instagram and Freshchat to address customer questions, requests and issues
  • Arrival confirmation to Customer
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and provide estimates and invoices for payment to Customer
  • Daily communication with Doctor (follow up their patient) and do their request (send any form required to Customer)
  • Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM system
  • Ability to work shifts
