Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including order verification, payment processing, and shipping coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support through various channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring availability of products and coordinating with relevant departments for restocking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility, promotions, and campaigns on the e-commerce platform.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy of product information and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed recommendations for business growth.
- Assist in coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to drive e-commerce initiatives and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes, including product listing, order management, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
- Proficient in using various computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
