We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads to acquire new outlets/restaurants, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and giving demo to the potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the F&B industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and market segments. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and tailor POS solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our POS solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and market positioning.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on performance and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the POS or technology sector. Someone who is understand and have restaurant database in designated area of Surabaya.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand restaurant and customer behavior.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, industry trends, and competitive products. Understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a analytical thinker, attention to details and ability to multi-task, conversational level both in Bahasa and English.
