Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Engineer at ArkaGroup in Tangerang, with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing analytical support, and delivering exceptional customer service and support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

- Customer Support and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Preferably a computing hardware master, a constantly tech updated individual that's able to take apart any troubled unit and perform necessary component services/replacement
- Fast learner, always open to learning new technology and adapting to it
