Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, gathering feedback and working towards enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop, implement and use sales enablement strategies and initiatives to equip the sales team
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including contract creation and monitoring, preparing sales-related reports, and managing sales documentation.
  4. Efficiently processes sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.
  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer requirements.
  6. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve customer support processes, tools, and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer support function.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales management business operations or sales support or customer service roles, preferably within the FMCG industry or B2B environment.
  3. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
