Job Overview

As a Senior IT Support Specialist at FLOW Workspace, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and managing our IT infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and supporting our team members.

Responsibilities:

Tech Setup & Maintenance:

  • Install and configure workstations, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
  • Maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and implementing new technologies when needed.
  • Repair or troubleshoot IT equipment, replacing parts or recommending repairs by external services.
  • Conduct regular network and electrical safety checks.

Security & Backups:

  • Implement a robust security plan to safeguard our network and member data.
  • Configure server and network security settings.
  • Maintain comprehensive backups of all system information.

Network & User Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain our wireless network for optimal performance.
  • Provision user access across all our systems, including Google Workspace, Bitrix24, Xero, Archie, etc.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and domain access.

Support & Training:

  • Integrate new staff into the company's IT infrastructure by setting up accounts, configuring workstations, providing initial training, and troubleshooting any initial issues.
  • Develop and implement a computer maintenance plan.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain detailed records of software licences and technical support activities.
  • Prepare daily reports on server performance for both corporate and coworking space needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Regional IT Director.
  • Provide regular reports to the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within a coworking space or similar environment.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Experience with network security best practices and the ability to implement a robust security plan.
  • Proficiency with server and network security settings configuration.
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures, with the ability to maintain comprehensive backups.
  • Ability to manage wireless networks for optimal performance, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Experience with user account and domain access management.
