Responsibilities:

  • To achieve Sales plan targets and monthly objectives
  • Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
  • Grow and leverage the network by identify and prospect new client in order to increase market share.
  • Develop long term relationships with the customer.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
  • Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
  • Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic / Physics Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Have minimum 2 years' experience as Sales Engineer on Automation
  • Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem.
  • A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communications, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented individual.
  • Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
