Technical Architect (Financial Services/Banking)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, refine, and test cutting-edge technical architectures for Mobile/Web APIs and event-driven systems (we’re looking at you, Kafka).
• Be the ultimate tech bridge between business, engineering, and product teams—handling any "technical drama" and making sure new business requirements are well understood.
• Play detective: research and assess how technical decisions impact the business. Your insights will save the day!
• Roll up your sleeves and dig into detailed, process-driven root cause analysis to resolve customer issues—while teaming up with a squad of cross-functional experts.

Must Haves:

• 8-12 years of experience in Mobile Applications (React-Native), Event-Based Systems (Kafka), and selecting/managing SaaS solutions in enterprise environments.
• A strong background in Financial Services, ideally within the banking sector (Bonus: If you've left the banking world over 12 months ago—perfect! Just don’t go calling up your ex-bank colleagues, let’s keep it drama-free).
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia—you’ll need to charm stakeholders and systems alike.

Extra Cool If You Have:

• Experience managing engineering teams and setting up smooth DevOps and PDLC processes in large enterprises. If you can lead a team and make their lives easier, we’re all ears!
