Responsibilities

  • Develop, make a plan, oversee and generate Souvia’s brand-new social media content and social media strategy that is appropriate, has value, consistent and matches with Souvia’s brand identity across all Souvia’s social media platforms
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the content team to create Souvia’s social media content (Instagram and LinkedIn) and guarantee that all outputs are enticed by followers, existing and prospective clients, also to increase audience engagement and to promote ongoing campaigns on social media
  • Create & deliver content through varied marketing channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, Youtube, TikTok, Email Marketing, etc
  • Ensure graphic-video designer and copywriter to produce Souvia’s social media content that is relevant to company on-going marketing strategy/campaign, informative, attractive, shareable and compelling in order to create a wider prospective clients and hit all business targets and goals
  • Provide and give brief, idea, creative direction to graphic-video designer and copywriter on the visual content that has been planned and created in the editorial calendar/syndication schedules before and also accountable for its production
  • Ensure that graphic-video designers and copywriters meet the deadlines while managing a certain volume of Souvia’s social media posts, and also experiment with new initiatives or concepts to see what works and doesn't work on Souvia’s social media platforms
  • Overview and examine all social media content output before releasing them officially to check if there are any errors or typos in punctuation, grammar, color, or company and/or clients’ name, logo, other identities and provide constructive and definitive feedback as well
  • Organize together with Digital Marketing Lead to assure that workflow, documentation, metrics, modules, and quality standards are well-kept, well-maintained, and well-organized as well
  • Stay up to date and aware of the latest social media best practices, technologies, trends, features, developments and be able to forecast and optimize Souvia’s needs based on it, and also attend educational courses/events when needed
  • Define and measure the success of every social media performance and the most important social media KPIs such as views, likes, comments, shares, traffic then capture them into periodic metrics, provide brief recommendations/suggestions about new strategies for maximum results and generate regular reports to Digital Marketing Lead and Chief of Marketing
  • Communicate and build a social media network with KOL or Key Opinion Leaders (industry, professionals and influencers) via Souvia’s social media to create a strong and trustworthy network; also engage with followers/audiences on Souvia’s social media to deliver the “messages” and understand the target audience of each social media, including occasionally responding to incoming questions either through comments or messages
  • Track, measure & improve metrics on organic & social media channels from impressions until revenue
  • Collaborate and communicate with Sales and Business Development teams when needed
  • Develop and train subordinates (graphic-video designer and copywriter) when they show consistent inability in technical knowledge/skills and soft skill.

Qualifications

  • Held at least a bachelor degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Public Relation, Advertising, or similar education major
  • At least one years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media best practices
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs and metrics and can make a periodic report, recommendation or suggestions based on that data
  • Have experience in using social media content for brand awareness and impressions, also have experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Fluent in English both in verbal and also written will be a huge advantage.
  • Having great interpersonal and communication skills is a must
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills; also shows outstanding creativity, curiosity, decision making, and willingness to learn and experiment with ways and methods
  • Able to perform under pressure such as tight deadlines and targets, also able to work and coordinate within a team and shows confidence to work independently.
