Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of brand strategies, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met with precision.
  • Help supervise social media content, verifying that visuals and captions are aligned and coordinate with the team to incorporate necessary feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor and track the progress of campaigns, keeping all stakeholders informed of statuses and any necessary adjustments.
  • Compile and organize data for performance reports, providing insights into content engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development of project timelines, content calendars, and strategy documents to support the brand's objectives.
  • Organize weekly or bi-weekly meetings to discuss project progress. Gather updates from internal teams and report back to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide support during production, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed as planned.
  • Manage client invoicing, handle contract renewals, and oversee other financial aspects related to the project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding vendor selection and technical issues, ensuring any problems are resolved promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, account executive roles, or related fields.
  • Reliable and good team member who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
