About us:

We are a music record and retail company that manufactures, imports, sells, and distributes vinyl records from various labels, along with the turntable players. We have retail stores in several areas (Jakarta and South Tangerang). Additionally, we collaborate on exciting projects with Indonesian musicians to release their works in vinyl format.

Responsibilities:

As an Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finance and accounting functions. Your primary duties will include:

1.Monitoring daily financial activities:

  • Journal posting in the accounting system (Accurate Online) is valid and according to applicable accounting principles for monthly-end and end-year process.
  • Create and follow up on sales invoice, reviewed AR/AP reconciliations, cash receipt and payment, account statement reconciliations, tax reconciliations and process closing financial and management reports.

2.Make monthly closing procedures:

  • Reconciliation between bank books from finance is the same as per accounting system and make sure all transactions are posted.
  • Make sure that all accrual transaction (non-cash activities transactions) have been posted (AR-Sales, COGS-WIP, Prepaid tax & Tax payable, closing PO, fixed assets and related expenses)
  • Make adjustments journal and period (Accrued expense, depreciation expense, amortisation expense, netting off VAT in - VAT out)

3.Make financial statement including supporting report:

  • Performed breakdown account balance sheet between accounting data and financial technology system data and do proper follow up action based on the reconciliation result.
  • Breakdown opex report.
  • Report cash on hand and petty cash on bank.
  • Report advance employee and expense.
  • Report fix assets management, mutasi assets based on assets placement.
  • Calculate and analyse COGS budget versus actual.
  • Stock opname and make report inventory by warehouse in branch.

4.Make budget report for company target and new project.

5.Make corporate tax:

  • Supervised, tracked, and evaluated the list of PPh and VAT for tax payment and reconciliation and equalisation working papers.
  • Review of the SPT reports (PPh and VAT).
  • Prepare Annual Corporate Income Tax and Tax Planning.

6.Administration:

  • Payroll calculation and payment include PPh21 employee
  • BPJS Kesehatan registration and deregistration including reconciliation.
  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and deregistration including reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in retail/distribution companies.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (Accurate) and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Professional certification in Brevet A&B.
  • Knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis.
