Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business development manager, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and effectively manage a team
- Good analytical skills with experience in analyzing market data and business trends
- Extensive network in the related industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent communication skills, including effective presentations and negotiations
