Job Descriptions :
1. Collaborate closely with the business team to define and implement the product roadmap in alignment with organizational goals

Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software development or technology sectors
3. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teams across the organization
5. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
6. Strong problem-solving skill and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
7. Skilled at working effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
