This position will be the key role to leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support strategic objectives of our global organization, accross countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development needs.
  • Analyze organizational structure, processes, and culture to recommend enhancements.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Develop change management plans, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on the impact of OD activities.
  • Ensure OD programs and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., OD certification) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or related roles. More than 5 years in Multinational Company, having exposure with global organization is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
