General Description

A Club Coordinator is responsible for providing direction, strategic guidance, leadership, and managing all sales operations for an organization or business. The duties include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. The Club Coordinator plays a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals and ensuring that the club's performance aligns with company objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate and maintain good relationships within the Department and with external parties, and a keen understanding of the industry and market trends within the area level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach monthly and yearly target setting, strategic directions, and club performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and student relationships within the department.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with (Academics, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Design) to better understand the business needs and goals
  • Seek new business opportunities (expansion).
  • Support new club opening (from development to Opening)
  • Assuring the club compliance with Headquarter SOP
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the area, aligning it with the overall company strategy. Monitor and adjust the plan as necessary to achieve performance targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage operational and academic teams.
  • Training and Development: Providing training and coaching to team or individual sales professionals to enhance their skills, techniques, and product knowledge. This may include workshops, seminars, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one mentoring sessions
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the area, ensuring that revenue and expense targets are met. Make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth and business development initiatives within the area. Identify opportunities for expansion of the new club.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Implement best practices to optimize workflows.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Reporting: Make and provide regular reports to the company, detailing the area's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals.
  • Relationship and Communication: Maintain effective communication with the company, all clubs, and the Kiddo Indonesia Team, to ensure alignment and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in branch management or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing daily operations, staff, and customer relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding staff towards achieving business goals.
  • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization to ensure efficient branch operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, customers, and senior management.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, financial reports, and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • A strong customer service orientation with experience in improving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to increase branch revenue and market share.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and risk management practices to ensure operational compliance.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
