Key Responsibilities:

6. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for key accounts, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement. Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when necessary.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and product development, to align strategies and initiatives that support key account objectives.

8. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing the voice of the customer in decision-making processes. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in a national or regional capacity.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
