Role Description
This is a contract Sales Executive (B2B) role with Sosplan Creative, based in Bogor. The Sales Executive will be responsible for :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully created business from new and existing customer accounts
- Managed complex negotiations with senior level executives
- Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, with a focus on opening and developing new markets.
- Act as the company's key advisor in the market, analyzing sales data for insights, and adjusting strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and the marketing department to ensure aligned and effective market penetration strategies.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive sales strategies for senior management, offering insight into market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Exposed to outbound lead generation efforts utilizing various sales tools
- Reach out to prospects and leads through a multi-combo approach through various channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.
- Be a partner to the Account Executive team in closing clients in the growth segment
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and creative services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
