  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Massive Music Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Operations Interns to join our team. These interns provide a unique opportunity to work on the front lines of our data infrastructure, ensuring that our data systems operate smoothly and efficiently. As a Data Operations Intern, you will work closely with our data team to support various aspects of data management, processing, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Assist in the management and organization of data across different platforms.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
  • Support the process of data cleansing and preparation for analysis.

Data Processing

  • Help to assist with the full data cycle from data collection, processing, and reporting tasks.
  • Work with large datasets, performing transformations and aggregations to prepare data for analysis
  • Monitor data workflow and accuracy to ensure accuracy and data delivery

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to provide insights to C-level and various teams
  • Collaborate with data analysts & scientists to ensure that data is presented accurately and effectively
  • Support the creation of documentation for data processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

Educational Background

  • Currently in the last semester of Undergraduate programs or fresh graduates in any major are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets & presentation tools
  • Familiar with SQL, Python, and experience in querying databases is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
