Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Project Manager to work closely with the CEO in managing our main business operations and spearheading new projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A key focus will be on developing and scaling profitable business ventures, particularly at the intersection between the Indonesian and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in the development and implementation of business strategies across various projects and businesses.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the tech staffing platform and software development services to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage new business ventures and special projects, from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Profitability Focus: Develop and implement strategies to create profitable business models and drive sustainable growth for scale.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
  • International Coordination: Work on projects that involve the intersection between Indonesian and US markets, leveraging cross-border opportunities and synergies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to foster strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business strategies and operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in a startup, tech, or business management environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
