  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, maintaining desktop computers, and providing help desk support to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
  • Help Desk Support proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
