Engineering Team Leader

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Engineering Team Leader, the successful person will be expected to responsible for execution & monitoring on repair activities, and develop preventive & corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all activities of the engineering process in order to reduce machinery down time, run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost
2. Do preventive & corrective maintenance to avoid machinery breakdown.
3. Drive a continuous improvement culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work.
4. Drive and provide relevant training to increased skills / capabilities of employees to be a multi-skill employees
5. Lead DSS briefing to engineering team with main focuses are Safety, Quality and Efficiency (down time)
6. Ensure Coordination meeting (SAG and PM audit) focusing in area for improvement and safety issue.

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:

1. Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic subject with minimum 1 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
2. Having PLC experiences is preferable
3. Strong leadership skills
4. Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives
5. Confidence and integrity
6. Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
