Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for food.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
