Job Description:

As a Senior Associate Corporate Branding and Digital Communications Strategist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing corporate branding and digital communication strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of initiatives to achieve impactful client outcomes. This position requires a combination of leadership skills, creativity, consistency, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement branding strategies, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business objectives.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager/Account Manager in managing marketing and promotional campaigns, coordinating logistics, and ensuring cohesive communication across channels.
  • Manage and maintain the official website and social media platforms, ensuring content updates and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives.
  • Work closely with pillars and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding alignment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding and marketing.
  • Provide administrative support related to branding activities and assist in building and maintaining relationships with key partners, vendors, and agencies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, identify opportunities for improvement, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirement:

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of working experience.
  • University graduate in any major, specifically in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Digital savvy with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, online user behavior, and industry trends.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • High degree of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, committed to client service, and able to work under pressure.
  • General understanding of broader marketing, PR, and other digital tactics.
  • Proficiency in operating various digital platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and methods.
  • Knowledge related to image and video processing.
  • Proven experience in developing digital communication strategies, demonstrating creativity, and contributing innovative ideas.
