Responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager or project lead. The Junior PM will assist in coordinating project tasks, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Responsibilities

· Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· Assist in the creation of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules.

· Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior management.

· Assist in managing project resources, including team members, equipment, and budgets.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project resources are available and utilized efficiently

· Track project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.

· Identify potential issues or risks that could impact the project timeline or budget and escalate to senior management as needed.

· Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

· Assist in the completion of project closeout activities, including finalizing all documentation and conducting post-project evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
