We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Responsibilities :
- Planning Strategic Target Sales Airlines.
- Handling Potential Customer & B2B.
- Reporting Sales Monthly.
- Creating harmonious working relationships and solid teamwork with other parts of the company environment.
- Regulate the Scheduling of visits and sales target to achieve the target maximally.
- Motivating & monitoring sales team to achieve results.
- Coordinate with the central office and other branches to determine the area of sales and coordinate the sales target.
- Do the responsibilities according to the branch target achievements.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree education from all majors.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Sales Airlines / Travel Agencies with a good record.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations, fare rules, and company policies.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Able to speak English both oral and written.
- Good communication skill
- Able to speak Arabic both oral and written (will be a plus).
