RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Program Planning & Effectiveness
- Design trade promo for retail & wholesale to drive brand distribution, awareness, & sell out
- Periodically monitoring trade promo execution
- Managing trade promotion budget
- Procuring POSM and overseeing third party vendor
Route to Market Management
- Gather set of data needed regarding area profile & potential (Number of households, population, area width, density, est retail universe, etc.)
- Determine target area to cover by considering variables above and also considering distance from each distributor office
- Set up daily route plan by SR according to coverage design
- Manage coverage changes (movement of salesman, call cycle changes, daily route plan update/changes, customer master data update, new open outlet)
- Developing tools for monitoring and measuring visit compliance to maintain high standard of execution
- Purchase order recommendation to ensure each of distributor have sufficient stock
Sales Force Automation Management & Output
- Ensuring SFA readiness for daily salesman operation
- Ensuring trade promo mechanism has been set up properly in the system in accordance with approved business plan
- Route plan management in the system
- Maintain employee data & set up in the system
- Managing DMS output & report periodically utilizing its data
- Liaise with third party / vendor
REQUIREMENTS
- You have gained 8-10 years of experience in FMCG in a similar job (tobacco industry advantage).
- Experienced as Trade Planning / Route to Market in tobacco industry is a plus.
- Excellent English skill is required.
- A high level of analytical skill and practical application.
- A successful track record in Commercial, Operations or Marketing.
- Knowledge and understanding of multi-channel operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project management experience would be desirable.
- Must be willing to be placed in Cisauk - Tangerang.
