Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in jobs post, screen resumes, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Prepare documents, assist with orientation, ensure smooth transitions.
- Employee Relations: Respond to inquiries, assist communication, address minor concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, update databases, organize files, process documentation.
- Training Coordination: Organize sessions, coordinate logistics, communicate with participants.
- General HR Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, complete departmental tasks.
Qualifications
- Open for final-year student and fresh graduates who can Work From Office (WFO).
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Interest in HR Field and willingness to learn in various HR functions.
- Ability to offer creative ideas for HR improvement, employee engagement activities, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Good organizational and problem solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, BSD.
- Willing to commit to an internship program for 3-6 months.
