Import Specialist (English Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Handling import activities and make sure everything goes well.
• Controlling shipments and coordinating with shippers regarding the planned arrival of goods.
• Manage all reports and documentation of export/import administration.
• Handling of technical problems in the field and operational arrangements.
• Management of import permits (eg. SNI, PI Quota, HS Codes etc).
• Familiar with customs services and have a good network with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years experience in export import field.
• Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written). Can speak Chinese will be an advantage.
• Have good communication skills and can work with a team.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and correspondence via email.
• Has an extensive network and accustomed to dealing with Customs.
• Placement in South Tangerang.
