We are hiring a candidate for Host Management

Role Description

Host Management, you would play a crucial role in driving online revenue growth through strategic affiliate marketing initiatives. This position involves developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners, implementing effective affiliate campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies.

What would You do:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Identify and recruit talented hosts suitable for specific events or shows.
  • Conduct auditions, interviews, and screen potential hosts.
  • Collaborate with agencies, talent scouts, or outsourcing as necessary, and also with the hiring manager for livestreaming.

2. Performance & Training Development:

  • Develop training programs for hosts, focusing on performance, audience engagement, and adherence to brand or event standards.
  • Monitor host performances during rehearsal & live streaming, also evaluate host performances based on predetermined criteria, and provide constructive feedback.

3. Administrative Task:

  • Submit product list sample for Live Streaming.
  • Listing all the product details (SKU code, product name & qty) for live streaming purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Team and E-Commerce Team to send sample products.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Create and coordinate various SOPs related to maintaining available facilities, such as studio usage and a healthy work environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hosts, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for hosts and team members.

5. Stay updated:

  • Stay up-to-date and be sensitive to industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing technologies.

What are We looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from HR, Business Administration, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as Host & Talent Management for at least 1-2 years.
  • Experience working in a livestreaming environment with good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in the Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
  • A deep understanding of E-Commerce platform trends, features, and matrix, with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Skill software; Microsoft Word (Excel and Word), E-Commerce Marketplace Dashboard (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc).
  • Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, with Full WFO system (Mon – Fri).
