  • Review and Edit Content:
    • Oversee the content editing and review process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
    • Provide constructive feedback and improvement recommendations to content teams.
  • Monitor and Measure Content Quality:
    • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate content performance, including audience engagement and user feedback.
    • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement based on performance data.
  • Manage Review and Approval Processes:
    • Organize and oversee the content review workflow, ensuring all materials receive final approval before publication.
    • Manage revision processes and ensure content readiness for publication according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with Content Teams:
    • Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and quality standards.
    • Provide training and support to the team on content quality standards.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes:
    • Design and implement effective quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
    • Identify and apply tools and technologies to enhance content quality management processes.
  • Handle Feedback and Complaints:
    • Address feedback and complaints related to content quality from audiences and stakeholders.
    • Develop action plans to resolve quality issues and implement necessary solutions.
  • Ensure Compliance and Regulation:
    • Ensure content complies with legal, ethical, and company policies.
    • Manage content-related risks and compliance, including copyright and permissions.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content management, with specific experience in quality control or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to develop and implement content quality guidelines and processes.
    • Experience using analytics tools to measure and improve content quality.
  • Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
