- Provide constructive feedback and improvement recommendations to content teams.
- Monitor and Measure Content Quality:
- Utilize analytics tools to evaluate content performance, including audience engagement and user feedback.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement based on performance data.
- Manage Review and Approval Processes:
- Organize and oversee the content review workflow, ensuring all materials receive final approval before publication.
- Manage revision processes and ensure content readiness for publication according to schedule.
- Coordinate with Content Teams:
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to the team on content quality standards.
- Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes:
- Design and implement effective quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
- Identify and apply tools and technologies to enhance content quality management processes.
- Handle Feedback and Complaints:
- Address feedback and complaints related to content quality from audiences and stakeholders.
- Develop action plans to resolve quality issues and implement necessary solutions.
- Ensure Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure content complies with legal, ethical, and company policies.
- Manage content-related risks and compliance, including copyright and permissions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in content management, with specific experience in quality control or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement content quality guidelines and processes.
- Experience using analytics tools to measure and improve content quality.
- Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
