  • Handle the administrative and secretarial tasks for the BOD Level and will involve a wide range of tasks including typing, filing, managing and handling incoming mails maintaining computerized databases
  • Be a support system for CEO for assist in daily tasks.
  • Planning and organizing meetings, events and schedules
  • Storing and maintaining company documents and correspondence
  • Drafting communications on your users' behalf (in English and Indonesian)
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including high priority projects that need general support
  • Taking the minutes of meetings and providing assistance to executives as required
  • Arranging travel, preparing complex travel itineraries (flight, hotel, meals and other activities) for business and personal occasionally, travelling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Greeting and supporting CEO guests who are visiting for meetings or special occasions
  • Other duties as may be delegated by the CEO or team.
