We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive impactful projects and lead our Project Management Office (PMO) at Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center. Be a part of groundbreaking initiatives that shape the future of education, innovation, and sustainable development!

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction with the Faculty Program Leaders
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team with the Faculty Program Leaders
  • Finalize and implement all program goals and operating principles in coordination with the Faculty Program leaders
  • Represent the TSEA Program to internal and external audiences, and particularly to United in Diversity and Tsinghua
  • Provides onsite, day-to-day direction and leadership toward the achievement of the TSEA Program’s mission and annual goals, while anticipating significant opportunities, problems, and issues, and initiating appropriate action without supervision
  • Organize work of the TSEA Management Board: meetings, reports, assessments, and metrics.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business or related field, or Master’s of Education, Public Policy or higher academic degrees
  • At least 10+ years of experience of increasingly responsible leadership roles
  • Successful experience in starting and scaling new education products and/or comparable ventures
  • Familiarity with university planning and management systems, including academic program planning and administration
  • Excellent both verbal and written in English and Indonesia, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Familiarity with international mode of cooperation and coordination.
