With offices in Jakarta and nearly 200 employees, PT Haskoning Indonesia has carried out numerous projects for the private and public sectors, comprising the full scope of engineering and consultancy services.

What will you do

  • Develop static equipment data sheet, RFQ, specification, drawing as per API 650, ASME Section VIII, TEMA.
  • Develop TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) during tendering stage.
  • Develop GA drawing of storage tank and pressure vessel together with the modeler.
  • Review Vendor proposal, BoQ, and drawing.
  • Sizing dimension of static equipment and coordinating with Process team.
  • Estimating weight for static equipment and coordinating with Civil & Structure team.
  • Develop strength calculation for static equipment.
  • Work closely with other disciplines such as Process, Piping, Civil & Structure, and Architecture.
  • Work closely with Piping designer for nozzle orientation.
  • Develop BoQ for cost estimation and procurement.
  • Develop standard drawing for stairways, platform, connecting bridge, manhole, etc.
  • Manage workload within specific timeline.
  • Identify location of the storage tank in the plot plan.

What you bring

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities or other Engineering Degree based on prior work experiences.
  • Having 5-10 years of experience in mechanical static equipment design in EPC or Engineering company.
  • Having experience in industries such as food & beverage, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and oleochemical.
  • Having experience developing data sheet, specification, RFQ, and TBE.
  • Having experience for tendering stage and doing clarification with Vendors.
  • Having experience in static equipment construction (preferable).
  • Fluent English and able to communicate with fluent English-speaking colleagues and Client.
  • Proficient with AMETank, PV Elite, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of design code and standard for static equipment (ASME, API, DIN, TEMA).
  • Good understanding of mechanical static design, such as storage tank, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, etc.
  • Understand PFD, P&ID, static equipment detail drawings.
  • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to join immediately.
