This position reports to

Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent global divisions in the country to drive sales and market growth. Each day, you will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.

The work model for the role is: #hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Business and will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Establishing product marketing targets and budgets. Ensuring their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
  • Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant business units/product groups. Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
  • Coordinating market analyzes with product marketing team and sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data


Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant role with exposure in management/sales and 2-3 years leading a team
  • Experience in low voltage/medium voltage, protection relay or distribution solutions product portfolio
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong product-to-market sense
  • Possesses good negotiation, presentation and communication skills, positive attitude, team player and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
