Senior CSA has responsibilities to manage high-level clients and assisting Junior CSA to manage client accounts of corporate health, life, or personal accident insurance and triage requests to the appropriate teams in order to deliver best-in-class service to our clients and their insurance participants. They are the single point-of-contact which ensures seamless communication.

Responsibilities:
- Manage big clients and high-level accounts of Employee Benefit/ Group Health insurance product
- Deliver best-in-class operations and service to client/mitra
- Assist and helping Junior CSA to manage clients and solve the issues
- Own entire relationship with the assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, socialization, and satisfaction
- Triage client requests to admin, finops and claims team
- Ensure satisfaction and completeness of client requests
- Handle 1st-line inquiries from participants/ clients
- Ensure all the requests and process is getting done as SLA/ standard
- Work with related team (sales, insurance placement, finance-operations, claim, admin, and another related team) Communicate effectively with both internal and external to get a better understanding of process and solve issues Prepare documentation of client reports along with an active insurance policy
- Give insight to clients and stakeholders for renewal needs
- Create deck presentation of productivity summary report or any other report (if needed)
- Minimum 5 years experience in communication, customer success/ relations, account management.
- Experienced in handling big clients/ high-level accounts
- Experienced in working related with operations and sales team
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications.
- Strong skills in problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of microsoft excel / google sheet, powerpoint, and project dashboard tools.
- Will be a plus point if familiar with insurance or finance industry.
- Fast learner and willing to learn insurance industry in detail.
