We are currently looking for a Documentation Centre Intern.

Responsibilities

  1. Documentation Management: Assist in organizing, cataloging, and maintaining documents, records, and information resources.
  2. Information Retrieval: Aid in retrieving and disseminating requested documents or data to users.
  3. Archiving and Classification: Assist in archiving materials, implementing classification systems, and ensuring easy access to resources.
  4. Database Maintenance: Help in managing digital databases, ensuring accuracy, and updating information regularly.
  5. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, creating reports, and managing documentation systems.

Qualifications

  • Students from any major are welcome to apply. Students majoring in Library Science, Information Management, History, or related programs are prioritized.
  • Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on ongoing thesis work.
  • Adaptable individuals with high motivation to learn. Candidates have a great organizing skills with attention to detail.
  • Min. 3 months of full-time internship and ready to work from the office.
  • No compensation will be provided, but great working experience may follow.
