Role Description
Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager/Account Executive. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. This is not a sales/hunter role - you are responsible for managing clients and campaigns for deals have that been closed.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
