Security Manager

Job Description:

• Coordinate the deployment of the security of people and equipment policy defined by the Group. Identify the challenges, measure security progress and ensure that the guidelines are taken into account in his/her zone.
• Ensure that the Michelin Group’s procedures for asset (People, Property, Information and Knowledge) safety and protection from malicious acts are followed based on the instructions received from the DCAPP through the E2A Security Director and the country's requirements.
• Coordinate and provide support to the country, coordinated by the ISS/TimeZone manager, regarding risk control actions relating to Information Systems Security (ISS) and protection of the Group’s sensitive information.
• Assess and check process performance (compliance and efficiency). Define and communicate key performance indicators.
• Define working methods between One Indonesia and entities in the security domain. Ensure legal or regulatory guidelines are included in the referential and are applied by operational entities.
• Help with crisis management, supporting the DCAQ, and deploy the appropriate training/simulations in Indonesia in coordination with country security manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/ Master or equivalent would be preferable.
• Fluent in English (write, read, speak), speak Indonesian. French would be a plus.
• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of security (protection of people, property and and information) and 2 years in plantation or rubber industry.
• Crisis management experience would be a plus.
